C) Information Obtained Through Inferences
Inferences are assumptions or extrapolations that have been drawn from any of the information identified above to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities and aptitudes.

b) Marketing Communications
You may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any Quai marketing e-mail. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner.

6. Do Not Track

At this time, we do not monitor, recognize, or honor any opt-out or do not track mechanisms, including general web browser “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals.

We seek to protect Your Data from unauthorized access, use and disclosure using appropriate physical, technical, organizational and administrative security measures based on the type of Personal Data and how we are processing that data.
